I made something extra sexy at work today. Trying to spice things up a bit. Boneless lamb loins, rolled, cut into easily accessible portions. Quick sear, then in the oven with the classic lamb accompaniments: rosemary, garlic, thyme, oregano, lemon, salt. I didn’t actually prepare them, but that seems like it’d be damn good.
