Damn, More Lamb!

I made something extra sexy at work today. Trying to spice things up a bit. Boneless lamb loins, rolled, cut into easily accessible portions. Quick sear, then in the oven with the classic lamb accompaniments: rosemary, garlic, thyme, oregano, lemon, salt. I didn’t actually prepare them, but that seems like it’d be damn good.


Dat filet

Perhaps the most expensive thing in the case…boneless filet of lamb. It sits atop the boneless lamb loin. The bone is in the background.


Boneless lamb loin chops. You won’t find these in your grocer’s meat case. Shop local, fools!
