Pork, Sage and Maple Pork Loin Chops
Super simple, fast and delicious:
Sage and Maple Pork Loin Chops
- (4) 3/4 inch thick Loin Pork Chops
- 1 tablespoon sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 large sweet onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Heat oil in medum saucepan, add onions. Cook 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
Mix sage, salt, pepper, thyme together. Rub on pork chops. Place chops on top of onions in pan. Cook 6 min per side. Pour maple syrup over chops and onions, reduce heat. Let cook additional 2 min. Plate and serve.
